Nancy Lynn Flickinger

Nancy Lynn Flickinger, age 68, of Xenia, passed away July 28, 2023 surrounded by family. Nancy was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 3, 1955 to the late John and Donella Albaugh.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents; her mother-in-law and father-in-law; and her brother-in-law.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years. Bob Flickinger: daughters, Molly and Brynn (Matt); sister, Pat (Tom); niece, Hadleigh (Terry): sister-in-law, Claudia; niece, Kyle; nephew, Mike (Stephanie); and brother-in-law, Jim.
Nancy worked for many years as an orthodontic technician, but her favorite job was with Nike as a sales representative. With her ornery sense of humor, sharp witt, and outgoing nature, she never knew a stranger. Nancy was very active in her children's education and often volunteered in classrooms, adding extra fun and creativity to lessons. In her free time, she enjoyed cross-stitching, making jewelry, and participating in the Yellow Springs Street Fair. Nancy loved to travel and explore new places with friends and family. She also loved spoiling her little chihuahua, Stella. Nancy was loving, kind, and fun, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A gathering will be held from 6:00pm-8:00pm on Thursday, August 17. 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia RD., Beavercreek).
