Nancy Ericson

Nancy S. Ericson, age 73 of Kettering, reunited with her husband, Charles "Chuck" Ericson on October 3, 2023. She was born April 18, 1950 in Springfield, OH to the late James and Martha (Weast) Fleck. In addition to her husband and parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her brother, Jim Fleck.
She is survived by her two sons, David (Marissa) Ericson and Michael (Bernadette) Ericson; grandchildren, Penelope and Caleb Ericson; grand dogs, Winnie and Garrison; sister, Barb Obert; aunt, Frances Frock and numerous extended family and dear friends.
Special thanks to her many friend groups, particularly, Cards Club, Material Girls in Miamisburg and Hockey Moms.
Following her retirement, Nancy enjoyed quilting, collecting fabric and traveling to see lighthouses and ships on the Great Lakes. She loved to socialize, especially with her friends. Nancy would keep up with everyone's ever growing families.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4-7 pm on Friday, October 13, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH 45439).
