Nancy Jane Dalton

Nancy Jane Dalton, age 83 of Huber Heights, passed away Friday, March 29, 2019 at Brookdale Senior Living of Oakwood. She was born August 25, 1935 in Atchison, Kansas, the daughter of the late John L. and Irene Weishaar.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, John "Jack" Dalton.

Nancy is survived by her children, Susette (Bill) Redwine, John "Jay" (Julie) Dalton; grandchildren, Brett (Emilee) Redwine, Deveney Redwine; great-grandchild, Will Redwine; as well as many other family members and friends.

Nancy lived the volunteer spirit. She was heavily involved with the development of St. Peter School, as well as the Camp Fire Girls of Huber Heights and later with Dayton Camp Fire. She also served as an officer and faithful member of the Huber Heights Republican Women's Club.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at St. Peter Catholic Church (6161 Chambersburg Road, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424). A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:30 am. Entombment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest with Jack.
