Nancy Brown

Nancy Brown, age 84 of Miamisburg, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2024. She was born February 15, 1940 in Kitts, Kentucky to the late Franklin and Rose. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Brown; daughter, Debbie Snow; and four brothers. 

Nancy is survived by her three children, Danny Brown, Susie Johnson, and Crissie Williams; five grandchildren, Danielle, Josh, Jennifer, Kelle, and Darcy; 13 great-grandchildren; great-great-granddaughter; and brother, Johnny Salley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Nancy was an avid bowler and a member of the United States Bowling Congress. She enjoyed both competing and working the Ohio State tournaments. Nancy retired from Kroger’s after more than 40 years. The most important thing to Nancy was her family and spending quality time with her grandchildren and her furbabies, Smoky and Lil Bit. She is well loved and will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm- 4:00 pm on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3940 Kettering Blvd. Kettering, OH 45439). Funeral Service will be officiated by Joel Getts at 4:00 pm following visitation. Reception will be held following the service at the Miamisburg Moose Lodge (2110 E. Central Ave Miamisburg, OH 45342).
