Nadine W. Colegate, age 87 of West Carrollton, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Kingston of Miamisburg. She was born September 26, 1936 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the daughter of the late Jesse and Ruth Ward.
Nadine studied nursing at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, MO where she became a registered nurse. She retired from the state of Ohio as a charge nurse with Dayton Mental Hospital. Nadine enjoyed gardening, but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Nadine is survived by her sons, Gregory (Mary) Colegate, Stephen (Cheryl) Colegate; 3 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and brother, Ralph (Margie) Ward.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 9:00 am at Miami Valley Memory Gardens (1639 E. Lytle Five-Points Road, Centerville, OH 45458).
