CHARVES, Myrtle, age 96, was born 1/18/1914 on a farm outside of Clearwater, NB.
She attended school in Chico, CA, graduating in 1932. During WWII she worked in Oak Knoll Naval Hospital in the maternity ward. Myrtle married Frank B. in 1935, where after the war they moved to Southern California, finally settling down in Whittier, CA.
She is survived by her 2 sons, David (Judith) and Steven (Joann) Charves; daughter, Lorraine Charves; grandchildren, Michael, Jeffery, Adam, Nicole, Stephanie, Eric and Marie; 3 great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Funeral services will be held in California at a later date at the family's request.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Hospice of the Miami Valley.
