Myrna Jane Hand

HAND, Myrna Jane (Coons) age 67 of Medway, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2006 at Kettering Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Leitha Coons and her daughter Melinda Hand. She is survived by her daughter Celeste and husband Jeff Leach of Dayton, her son Kevin and wife Dorothea Hand of Manson, NC; granddaughter Kaitlyn Hand; brothers Gary and wife Debbie Coons of Springboro, Terry and wife Doris Coons of Troy; dearest mother-in-law Autta Mae Hand; and a host of other relatives and friends. Myrna retired from Grandview Hospital as a registered nurse after many years of service and was a member of the FOE Auxiliary of New Carlisle,VFW Auxialiary of Huber Heights, the Amvets Auxiliary of Huber Heights and the Miami River Boat Club. Myrna was a loving mother, grandmother and friend and she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Friday, January 20, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home 4104 Needmore Road. Family will receive friends from 5-8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
