Myrna Byrd

Byrd, Myrna Y. "Mikey", of Centerville, passed away Monday, October 8, 2012. She was preceded in death by her son, Gregory Westfall; her step son, Steven J. Byrd; her brother, Charlie, Jr(June) Bedwell; and by her sister, Drenna Norton. Mikey is survived by her husband of 30 years, James M. "Jim" Byrd of Centerville; her son, Gary (Theresa) Westfall of Bellbrook; 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Robert Bedwell of TN; 1 sister, Remona (Jim) Gasson of AZ; her sister in law,Carol L. Cornett of Centerville; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Jim and his family would like to thank Walnut Creek Nursing Center, Housekeeping, Aides, Nurses, and the complete Staff for the aid and comfort they provided Mikey. In lieu of flowers, donations may be to Hospice of Dayton. No Visitation. Private services in care of Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel.
