Myra "Jessie" Phillips, age 84 of Miamisburg, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, June 1, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Phillips; son, Gary Phillips; and parents, Jessie & Maggie Knott.
Jessie is survived by her children, Myra (Frank) Lakins, Dewayne Phillips, and Peggy Jacobson; grandchildren, Brian (Sheri) Parrett, Matthew Phillips, Brandy Phillips, T.J. Wakefield, and Christopher Jacobson; great-grandchildren, Jessica Parrett, Joshua Parrett, and Chloe Wakefield; and many other relatives and friends.
Special thanks to the staff at Kingston of Miamisburg and Crossroads Hospice for their loving care.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 6, 2012 from 10-11am at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel. The service will begin at 11am, with Pastor Todd Hoskins officiating. Burial will follow at Bearcreek Cemetery.
