Myra M Sandy, age 101 of Sanctuary at Wilmington Place, reunited with her husband, Lawrence C. Sandy, on Thursday, April 3, 2014. She was born January 1, 1913 in Falmouth, KY to the late John and Elizabeth Colvin. Myra was preceded in death by her brother Lindsey Colvin.
She is survived by her son, Wayne (Elizabeth) Sandy; grandchild, Lori (Colin) Gatland and several nieces, nephews and sisters-in-law.
Myra enjoyed traveling around the world, seeing all there was too see. She retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base after 25 years of service.
Her family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at the Sanctuary for the care they have provided to Myra.
