Muriel A. Curry

CURRY, Muriel A., age 77, followed her guardian angel home on Thursday, July 7, 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Muriel Turner; husband of 52 years, Russell L. Curry; son, Thomas Curry; daughter, Sharon Curry; sisters, Carolyn Mountjoy (Turner) and Judy Kiger; brother, Keith Turner; sister-in-law, Shirley Turner; brothers-in-law, Richard Trisel and Richard Curry.

Muriel is survived by her children, Jack (Mary) Curry, George (Mary) Curry, Michael Curry, and Carolyn (Mark) Bernard; grandchildren, Jason (Sherri) Curry, Nicholas, Tyler, and Kristopher Bernard, and Michael Curry; great grandchildren, Jacob and Cameron Curry; siblings, Louis Edwin (Ealon) Turner, Robert Lee (Joyce) Turner, James Erwin (Ruth Ann) Turner, Mary Katherine Trisel, Phillip Dean (Judy) Turner, Loren Paul (Treva) Turner, Bonnie Lynn (Dion) Kiger, Kathleen Sue (Ralph) Hill, Joy Ellen (Charles) Hill, and Steven Louis (Lisa) Turner; aunts, Ella Mae Turner and Pauline Turner; sister-in-law, Lucille Turner; brother-in-law, Vernon Kiger, as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at Liberty Worship Center, 1180 Upper Bellbrook Rd., Xenia. Burial will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice of Dayton.
