Morris C. Smith, age 74, of Miamisburg, OH, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, March 4, 2012.
Morris was born December 21, 1937 in TN., to the late Clifton & Josie Smith.
He was a Master Mason of Minerva Lodge #98, Miamisburg, 32 degree Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton, and member of Antioch Shrine, Dayton.
Morris is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Wiladene Smith; sons, Randall C. (Julie) Smith and Gary D. (Mary Ellen) Smith; grandson, Shawn D. Smith; sisters-in-law, Marie Wicker and Louise Slone; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 7, 2012 from 5-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will be held Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 2pm at Miamisburg First Church of God (446 N. Heincke Rd, Miamisburg, OH 45342). Burial will be on Friday, March 9, 2012 at 2:30pm at Peak Cemetery in Gainesboro, TN.
