Millie Dorene Bills

Millie Dorene Bills, age 53, of West Carrollton passed away peacefully on February 2, 2024. She was born in Dayton on March 9, 1970 to parents, James B. Combs and Cynthia M. Bane-Chavez. Millie is preceded in death by her mother, Cindy.

Millie is survived by her loving husband, Nick; children, Amber Rose (Derek) Regon, Joseph M. Bills, Joshua L. (Cassandra) Bills, Britney (TJ Hammons) Regon; grandchildren, Derek A. Regon Jr., Elaina R. Regon, Liam M. Regon, Emmitt W. Hammons, Madelyn R. Bills; father, James B. Combs and brother, Todd Combs; along with many other family and friends.

Millie enjoyed weekend getaways, camping, staying in hotels and cabins and spending time with family. Her favorite moments were around bonfires and relaxing in hot tubs. She absolutely loved being with her grandchildren and making memories with her husband. Millie was a truly selfless individual and will be forever missed by those who loved her.

A gathering with family and friends will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2024 at Newcomer Kettering, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Memorial service will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor David Tackett to officiate.
