Mildred Minnifield

MINNIFIELD, Mildred, age 68, passed away Thursday, March 4, 2010 in Carrollton, GA. She was born February 13, 1942 in Yellow Springs, OH to the late Cecil and Fannie Dalton. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Buford Minnifield; granddaughter, Shelby Tarrant; brothers, Burl and Edgar, and sister, Geraldine. Survived by her children, Tracy (John) Gierzak, Tricia (Reico) North, Danielle (Artice) Hobbs; grandchildren, Jonathan and Deanna Gierzak, Jerrard Tarrant and Reicia North, Artice IV and Israel Hobbs, a host of siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as special friend, Fanchia Minnifield. Family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Gravesides services will follow at 2:30 pm at West Memory Gardens.
