Mike King

Michael " Mike" B. King, age 76 of Beavercreek, Ohio passed away surrounded by his family Saturday, March 7, 2020. He was born May 18, 1943 in Sciotoville, Ohio the son of Roland and Edna King.

Mike was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Army. He retired from Ameritech/Ohio Bell after many years. Mike was proud of his family who he enjoyed spending his time with . He was always there when someone needed anything from him. Mike took pleasure in the simple things in life. He loved spending time with the love of his life Diana. He enjoyed watching movies, listening to music, and going out to dinner with Diana. You would find him tinkering out in the garage. To know Mike was to love him and he was loved by all that knew him.

Mike was preceded in death by his beloved devoted mother Edna King; brothers, Richard, Jack, Arnold, Dude, and Walt; and sister, Audrey.

Mike is survived by his wife of 58 years, Diana King; two Daughters, Lisa (Phil) Wesseler, and Stacey (Jason) Cottingham; son, Michael (Tammy) King; grandchildren, Jessica King, Melissa Wesseler, Rachel King, Lucas Cottingham, Wyatt Cottingham, Kaitlyn Wesseler, Andrew Wesseler, and Mitch Wesseler; great grandson, Jordan Milligan; siblings, Rolene, Joyce, Carol, Vicki, Rick, and Gayle; as well as numerous other family members.

Visitation will be March 12, 2020 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at Newcomer Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Funeral Service will begin at 1:30 pm. Burial will follow at Beaver Cemetery.
