WHATLEY, Michele Marie passed away July 21, 2011.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry Kimble and Margaret Schlater. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Bruce Whatley; daughter, Brittany Ewing; two step-sons, Shaun Whatley and Jeremy (Angela) Whatley; two sisters, Vicki Ewing and Ann (Craig) Brewer; brother, Mark Turner; and niece, Mariah Kimble.
Michele worked at Bob Evan's, Olive Garden, Macaroni Grill and at Kroger on Spinning Rd. She was also a member of St. Helen Catholic Church and was an avid animal lover.
A Memorial Mass will be held Monday, July 25, 2011 at 10:00 am at St. Helen Catholic Church, 5100 Burkhart Rd. The family will receive friends at the church from 9:30 am until the time of service.
The family would like to thank her family physician, Dr. Gene Lease and also a special thank you to Dr. Dallal and all the nurses and staff at Miami Valley Hospital for their care and support over the years.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Montgomery County Animal Shelter.
