Michael Ray Tucker

Michael Ray Tucker, age 71, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2023. He was born on March 22, 1952 in Maysville, KY to the late Lois and Roy Tucker.
Michael was a US Army Veteran and worked for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base as a Liquid Fuels Mechanic. He attended Way of the Cross for 55 years where he was lovingly called "Big Turkey". He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and spending time with friends and family. He was a devoted husband, loving father and his grandchildren were his pride and joy. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Fayrene Tucker; his daughters, Yalonda (David) Weber and Kristina (Michael) Kontos; his grandchildren, Mayah, David, Melina and Michael; his siblings, Larry (Patty) Tucker, Deborah Carver and Jerry (Alice) Tucker; brother-in-law, David (Rhonda) Smith and sister-in-laws, Dianna (Greg) Flory and Lori Smith; his aunt and uncle, Phyllis and David Maxwell. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Visitation will be held Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Way of the Cross Church, 612 Beatrice Dr. Dayton, OH 45404.
Funeral services will begin at 10:00 am on Friday, July 28, 2023 at Way of the Cross Church, 612 Beatrice Dr. Dayton, OH 45404.
Michael will be laid to rest in Dayton Memorial Park.
