Michael Scott Randall "Mike", age 59, of Bellbrook, passed away October 15, 2018.
He was born February 27, 1959 in Honolulu, Hawaii to the late Douglass Bruce and Ruby Janelle "Jan" (Stehlik) Randall.
Mike attended school in Germany until the fourth grade, he graduated from Stebbins High School and received his Bachelor's degree from Wright State University. During his career as a Software Engineer Mike worked at Reynolds and Reynolds, LexisNexis, and DRS Technologies.
Mike liked being in the outdoors and he loved all animals. He liked biking, gardening and feeding the birds. Mike loved playing the guitar and playing music. He enjoyed watching football and basketball and attended many WSU games. And was an avid OSU fan. Mike had a great sense of humor and enjoyed watching movies especially comedies. He loved to make people laugh and was known for his comic relief. He loved to cook and prepare food such as homemade pizza and ice cream.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Julie Randall King. Mike is survived by his beloved son, Benjamin David Randall; his cousin and wife, Christopher and Patsy Randall; former wife and mother of Benjamin, Patti White; niece and nephew, Becky and Chris; aunt and uncle, Rosemary and Hank Atherton and many close friends and relatives.
A memorial gathering will be held from 1:00pm until time of memorial service at 3:00pm on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Newcomer South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering.
