Michael L. Milling, age 71 of Dayton, went to Heaven on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at Christ Hospital. He was born July 29, 1952 in Tullahoma, Tennessee, the son of the late Robert and Eva Milling.
Mike was happiest when he was with his family. He'll be remembered for being a loving and devoted husband, father, father-in-law, grandpa, brother, teacher-by-example, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Michael is survived by his wife of 47 years, 1 week, and 1 day, Terri; three sons, Joe Milling (Mary Beth; grandson, Mac), Scott Milling (fiancée, Shelby), and Danny Milling (Jackie; granddaughters, June and Bexley); sister, Katherine Myers; brother, Robert Milling (Beth); aunt, Laurel Anne Barrett; close friends, Lonnie Longendelpher (Marcia), Al Adams (Janice), and Mike Hayes (Celeste); as well as many loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2024 from 10 am to 11:30 am at Newcomer Centerville Chapel (820 Miamisburg-Centerville Road, Dayton, OH 45459). A Celebration of Life will begin at 11:30 am. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution in Mike's memory to one of the charities below.
