Michael J. Loges, age 72, entered into Heaven Sept. 25, 2015. He was born Aug. 29, 1943 to the late Mary Kay and G. Edward Loges in St. Louis, MO.
Preceded in death by wife, Donna Marie, son, Jimmy R., grandson, Dustin Kindell, sister, Mary, brother, Tom "Mitch" Loges.
Survived by children, Tammie Gordon (Ron), Tonya Dudley (Greg), Charla Layer (Tim) and Jamie Kindell (Joe), brother, Ed Loges, sisters, Patricia "Pat" Wilson (Ed), Karen Carder, Nita Wherry (John), Marsha Loges and Janice Jones; 17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren. 1961 Chaminade graduate, he proudly served in the US Navy, retired from AT&T after 32 years.
He was a former Proprietor of Sports and Spirits Pub. He was a life time member of the VFW and American Legion. He wants everyone to know "the corn stops here".
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, October 2, 2015 at St. Helen Church officiated by Father David Brinkmoeller.
Burial at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
