Age 48, of Dayton, Ohio and Arlington, Texas, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2006, in Dallas, Texas. Michael was preceded in death by his father, James C. Dwyer, and by his brother, Ron Peppo.
Mike is survived by his wife of the past 15 years, Kathy J. (Green) Dwyer of Arlington, Texas; his mother, Hazel G. (Puckett) Napier of Arlington, Texas; step-mother, Nancy K. (Wood) Dwyer of Dayton; one daughter and son-in-law, Denise & Shaun Fernandez of Arlington, Texas; three granddaughters, Jessica & Kayla Fernandez and Margaret "Maggie" Milton; two sisters, Pam Kerss and Peggy Peppo; five brothers, Ellison McCurdy, Albert McCurdy, Malcolm Dwyer, Robert Peppo and Michael Peppo; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Michael was a mechanical engineer and was employed by Winholt Equipment Group in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family would prefer that contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
