Michael Francis Croake, age 83, of Dayton, OH passed away on June 28, 2019 at Heartland Hospice of Centerville.
Mike was born on January 14, 1936 in Plattsburg, NY. He was the son of Thomas and Marion (Peck). On July 31, 1965, Mike married Mary Anne (Woodman) Croake.
During his working career, Michael worked as a sales representative for Harbison Walker Refractories. Mike was a member of St. Francis Assisi Catholic Church in Centerville. Mike was also a proud member of the National Rifle Association. However, his true joy in life was spending time with his loving family and wonderful friends.
Michael is survived by his loving wife, Mary Anne; sons, Michael F. (Kimberly Donnell) Croake, Jr., C. Patrick Croake; daughter, Morna Shannon (John Feeny) Croake; grandchildren, Katie Brunney and Aidan Croake; great-grandchild, Dylan Brunney; sister, Margaret (Rudolph) Cherico.
Along with his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Ann Ryan.
Mike will be cremated with a memorial ceremony celebrating Mike's life being scheduled at a later date.
