Michael Allen Casey was born May 23, 1964 and departed this life on April 1, 2018 from a short and devastating disease (ALS). His fears and pain are gone now, he is resting in the bosom of God's love. He is waiting on each of us and has prepared a place for us. He was preceded in death by a loving grandson, Imeri Yarborough; brothers, Christopher Lynn Casey (Chris), Kenneth Terrell Casey, and Willie Joe Dunson, Jr.; sister, Rose Dunson; as well as other loved ones and friends.
Michael was a devoted and loving husband, father, brother, and son. He loved his family and would only want the best for each of them. Fear not for what God takes away. God took away all Michael's suffering and pain. Michael could not stand anymore pain and our Heavenly Father stepped in and took him to a far better place with no pain or sorrow. He is freely riding on the wings of a dove, going to meet loved ones. Michael was a "devoted" Pittsburgh Steelers #1 fan. When the season starts this year, know he will be watching and cheering his beloved Steelers to victory.
Michael worked for Globe Motors for 22 years. He was married to Wendlina Tanner-Casey and fathered five children, Tyreese, Mikale, Jewel, Sheila, and Beyounce Casey. He was the son of Joe Dunson and Saundra Casey, whom he loved very much. He also leaves to cherish his memory, devoted sisters, Nancy Porter, Vonda Ford, Celita Casey, Tonya Casey, Mildred Dunson, Joanne Dunson, Sheila Dunson of Dayton; brother, Lamar (April) Casey of Cincinnati. Michael also cherished his grandchildren, Ezariah, Justice, Trinity, De'El, Serinity, and Ryan Casey. Michael also leaves devoted friends, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
