Michael Alan Lentz, age 45, formerly of Tipp City, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 17, 2015.
Michael is survived by his children, Jason and Samantha Lentz; mother and stepfather, Barbara and Donald Williams; fiance', Jennifer Snider; sister, Virginia (Lentz) and Greg Shults; nephew, Adam Shults; niece, Ashley (Shults) Docherty and numerous other beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Albert Lentz. In loving memory of Michael, contributions may be made to the Michael Lentz memorial fund for the benefit of his children.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2015 from 2 - 3pm followed by a memorial service at First Baptist Church, 138 W. Plum Street, Saint Paris, Ohio 43072.
