Mikey is survived by his mother, Mary Young; son, Cory M. D'Amico; sisters, Lea Andriacco and Gina D'Amico; nieces, Leandria Sparks and Lexie Sparks; nephew, Ted Sparks and step-children, Melissa Horton and Alishia D'Amico.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
