Melvin Salley

SALLEY, Melvin, 75, of Moraine, passed away April 25, 2004. He was preceded in death by his parents, Freeland and Bessie Salley; son, Melvin Eugene Salley; sister, Christine Nichols and brother, James John Salley. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Salley; daughters, Elaine (Roger) Miller, Pam (Charlie) Montgomery, Eva (Jim) Barber, Arlene (Kenny) Pierson, Darlene Cotterman, Michelle (Danny) Vance, Robyn Case, Amanda Salley; sons, Philip Salley, Mark (Barbara) Salley, Duane (Rebecca) Kroneck and stepson, James Penrod. Melvin is also survived by his 23 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Mary Lacey, Irene Dunn and Imogene Brockman. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Thursday, April 29, 2004 at Newcomer Farley Funeral Home 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 5:00PM until 8:00PM Wednesday, April 28, 2004. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Cemetery.
