Melva Price

Price, Melva M., age 83, of Dayton, went to spend her first Christmas in Heaven on Wednesday, December 24, 2008. Melva retied from General Motors and was very active with the VFW Post # 598 Women's Auxilliary. Melva was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who will be missed by all who knew her.

Melva is survived by her daughter: Debbie Harvey (4th grade teacher at J.E. Prass School in Kettering) of Bellbrook; granddaughter: Jennifer Waitzman of Bellbrook; special companion: Donald Graeber; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; Edward & Nellie Miller; two brothers, and two sisters.

A gathering of friends will be held from 4:00 - 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering.
