Melissa Ann Robbins

Melissa Ann "Missy" Robbins, age 31 of Springfield, formerly of Dayton, passed away unexpectedly on February 14, 2011 as a result of an automobile accident. She was born December 27, 1979 in Dayton to Henry and Nancy Robbins. Missy was preceded in death by her brother, Gregory Robbins.

In addition to her parents, Missy is survived by her brother, Jeffrey Robbins; sister, Mandy Brown; nephews: Anthony Williams and David Jobe; nieces: Marissa Jobe and Haley Masters; aunt, Penny Brightman; uncles: Greg, Richard and Bob Brightman; numerous cousins and friends.

Missy was a graduate of Northridge High School and was an employee of Interstate Ford for many years. She was a loving and devoted aunt to her nieces and nephews. She was an avid Ohio State Buckeye and Bristol Nascar fan. She always had a good time and will be missed by all who knew her.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, February 18, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, where the family will receive friends for two hours prior to the service from 5:00 – 7:00 pm.
