Age 26, passed away suddenly on Thursday, May 24, 2012.
Megan is survived by her mother and step father: Kimberly & Robbie Robinson; son: Logan Evans; adopted son: Mason Claxton; husband: Danny Evans; mother-in-law: Robin Calahan; brothers: Matthew (Lisa) & Joshua Thompson; sister: Danielle Grierson; grandmothers: Katheleen Couch & Cora Thompson; aunt: Tonya (Rob) Adams; special friend and uncle: Joe Sandlin; great aunt and uncles: Tensley & Barb Couch, Les Couch, Lee Roy (Glenda) Couch & Beulah (Johnny) Sparks; special cousins and families: Jeffrey (Cammy) Couch & Sherry (Ron) Leslie, Nicholas (Jenette) Smally, Ashley Brotherton, Scottie & Autumn West; niece & nephews, Isabella Thompson, Shawn & Gage Grierson; and numerous other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father: Eugene Thompson; grandfather: Logan Couch; maternal great grandparents: Woodson & Nancy Sandlin; Frank & Ophia Couch; great uncle: Johnson Devny; and brother-in-law: Robbie Evans.
Along with being a caregiver to her mother, Megan worked as a piercer, and she was a member of the Gospel Training & Outreach Center. Megan was a loving and devoted mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and friend who will be sorely missed by each and every life she touched.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment will follow the service at Highland Memorial Cemetery in Miamisburg. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Logan Evans Trust Fund, c/o any Wright-Patt Credit Union.
