McKinley "Kenny" Edwards, age 85, of Dayton went home to be with the Lord Friday, March 18, 2011.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Okie Edwards; parents; 5 brothers; and 3 sisters.
Kenny is survived by his sons, Mike (Lynn) Edwards and Mark Edwards; 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
Special thanks to the staff at The Hospice of Dayton for their care and compassion for Kenny.
Donations may be made in his memory to The Hospice of Dayton.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 22, 2011 from 5-8pm at Dryden Road Pentecostal Church (3201 Dryden Rd, Dayton, OH 45439). The service will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at 11am at the church. Burial will follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens Cemetery.
