BINGAMON, Maynard, age 78, of Xenia, born August 27, 1933 in Xenia, OH, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mark and Venda Bingamon. Maynard is survived by his wife of 59 years, JoAnn Bingamon (married December 25, 1952); 7 children, Linda, Karen, Robyn, Teresa, Tammy, Danny, and Sandy; 17 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild, and his best friend, "Spot" the dog.
Maynard graduated in 1951 from Silvercreek School. He worked as a dairy farmer for 50 years and was a member of the Holstein Association and President of the Christian Mens' Fellowship. He was also a member of the Greeneview School Board and drove a school bus for a few years. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, December 30, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek with Pastor Samuel Miller officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to National Parkinson Foundation or Grace Hospice.
