Rodgers, Maureen M., age 76, of West Carrollton, passed away at Miami Valley Hospital on Monday, May 3, 2010 after a lengthy illness. She was born September 15, 1933 in Altro, Kentucky to the late Robert & Polly Turner. She worked at Monsanto in Miamisburg, retiring with over 25 years of service and was a long time member of Victory Hill Baptist Church in Miamisburg. Along with her parents, Maureen was preceded in death by her son: Richard; and siblings: Robert, Frank, Pleas, Maude & Mary. She is survived by her husband of 55 years: Houston; daughter and son-in-law: Vicki (John) Dovayak of West Carrollton; three grandchildren: Josh, Tara, & Joe; great grandson: Tyler; brothers and sisters-in-law: Clyde (Wilma) Turner, Charles (Linda) Turner; sisters-in-law: Ginny Turner, Jane Rodgers & Frances Rodgers; brother-in-law: Leon Rodgers; very special friend: Ruth; and numerous devoted and loving nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, May 7, 2010 at Victory Hill Baptist Church, 706 Upper Miamisburg Road, Miamisburg, with Pastor Aaron Morgan officiating. Interment will follow the service at Evergreen Cemetery in West Carrollton. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday from 11:00 A.M. until time of service.
