age 73 of Miamisburg, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at Christal Manor Nursing Home. Mattie was born July 22, 1931, the daughter of Charlie and Bertha Floyd. She is survived by her children, Peggy Greene, Joseph C. (Lisa) Greene, Jr., Rebecca (Alan) Greene-Smith, and Stanley T. (Cheryl) Greene; sister, Brenda Bates; grandchildren, Stephanie (Mike) Albrycht, Alan N. (Tammy) Smith, Jr., Angela N. Smith, Jessica Green, Alyssa (Joe) Cvitkovich, Sabrina D. (Dave) Adkins, Crystal (Jerry) Tolakovics, and Jack T. Greene; numerous great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Mattie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joseph C. Greene; and sisters, Bertha J. Shepherd and Fannie Maude Jones. Funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday, July 16, 2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Family will receive friends 2 hours prior to the service. Private interment will be in Royal Oak Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to Children's Hospital. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to www.newcomerfamily.com.
