Matt Cisne

Matt A. Cisne, age 48 of Miamisburg, passed away Friday, November 15, 2024. He was born October 4, 1976 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Karen and the late Paul Cisne. Matt Graduated from Wayne High School. He attended Sinclair College earnig his Associates Degree. Matt worked for over 17 years for Community Tissue Services as a processing agent. An avid sports fan, he followed the Dayton Flyers, Cincinnati Bengals, and Ohio State Buckeyes. He also liked golfing and was quite good. He was a proud father and loved spending time with his daughter, Scarlett. He enjoyed cheering on the Lady Vikings, Scarlett's school basketball team. He especially liked yelling at the refs. As a child, he enjoyed milk on his ice cream and watching cartoons. Matt loved music of all kinds, especially the Beatles. He was a loving Father, Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend. Matt was a courageous man and the best kid ever. He will be deeply missed. 

Matt is survived by his daughter, Scarlett Marie Cisne; mother, Karen Cisne; sister, Mary Ann Cisne; brothers, Paul J. (Jennifer) Cisne, and Michael J. Cisne; former wife and mother of his daughter, Shannon M. Cisne; nieces, Nora Cisne, and Lexie (K.C.) Stowe; nephews, Colin and A.J. Cisne; and by numerous close friends and extended family.

He is preceded in death by his father, Paul J. Cisne; grandparents, Paul J. and Anna Cisne; grandparents Jack and Mary Shearer; and uncle, David Shearer; and his beloved dog, Boomer.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 5:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Centerville (820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45459). Visitation will be from 3:00PM until the time of the service at 5:00PM. Casual attire is encouraged.
