Maryanne Hartley

MaryAnne Hartley, 75, of Kettering, Ohio, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born on October 27, 1946 in Lima, Ohio, to the late Eugene and Hyla Woodruff. In addition to her parents, MaryAnne was also preceded in death by her brothers Richard and David.

MaryAnne is survived by her husband of 42 years Donald Hartley; children Andy (Wendy), Lora (Andy), Lisa, Rene (Pat), Kevin (Amy), Emily (Jim); grandchildren Hannie (Mike), Brandon (Nora), Abbie (Brandon), Paige (Ben), Rick (Emma), Alex, Hannah, Josiah, Zach, Haley, Muriel, and Corinne; great grandchildren Sophia, Matthias, Alia, Calvin, Corrin, Anika, Penelope, Opie, Allison, Loralie, Gabriel, and Gideon; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other friends and family.

MaryAnne was a member of Kettering Noon Optimists, and served as their president. She was employed as a commercial property manager for Miller-Valentine for over 20 years, a career she thoroughly enjoyed. MaryAnne also enjoyed gardening, watching birds, the mountains and ocean, and spending time with her family.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, March 20, 2022, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439. Visitation will begin at 1 PM on Sunday, March 20, 2022 until the time of service.
