Mary Jane Wheeler

Mary Jane Wheeler, a beloved soul who graced this world with her presence, passed away on June 11, 2024 in Dayton, Ohio. She was born on September 15, 1941, in the picturesque Trigg County, Kentucky. Mary will always be remembered for her happy carefree personality that brought joy to all who knew her.

Mary's love for life extended to her hobbies and interests; she found solace in tending to roses, creating delicious meals in the kitchen, and nurturing her garden with tender care. Her passion for these simple yet profound pleasures illuminated her kind spirit.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Wheeler and her daughter, Terri Lotter.

She is survived by her son, Gerald Wheeler and her niece, Bonnie Owens. Mary's presence in their lives brought warmth and love that will be cherished forever. Additionally, she leaves behind numerous other nieces and nephews who held a special place in her heart.

It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to Mary Jane Wheeler. Her memory will live on through the laughter she shared, the love she gave unconditionally, and the beauty she brought into this world. As we gather to honor her life at the Newcomer Funeral Home, North Dayton Chapel on June 20th, let us celebrate the remarkable woman that Mary was and find solace in knowing that her spirit now rests peacefully.

Visitation will be held from 12:00pm to 1:00pm with services immediately following all at Newcomer Funeral Home - North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. Dayton, OH 45424.

Mary will be laid to rest at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Tipp City, OH.
