Mary Traylor

TRAYLOR, Mary Alice (Moskewicz), age 83, passed away Tuesday morning, February 24, 2009 due to injuries she received in a car accident on February 8. Mary Alice was born in Dayton, Ohio on April 14, 1925 to Vera (Zimmerman) and Bernard Moskewicz. She was a lifelong resident of Dayton and a retiree of Rikes. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harrison Traylor (1981); daughter, Diane Traylor (1984); granddaughter, Kathryn Marie Traylor (1984); and brother, Tommy Moskewicz (1961). She is survived by her daughter, Sue "Susie" (Ron) Frith; grandson, Kyle Frith; and a sister-in-law Marilyn (Traylor) Syx; several nieces, nephews, friends, and her beloved pets that she was so devoted to. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 AM Saturday, February 28, 2009 at Our Lady of Immaculate Conception Church, 2268 S. Smithville Rd. with Father David Brinkmoeller officiating. Family and friends may call from 6-8 PM Friday, February 27, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Interment will be held at Hillgrove Cemetery in Miamisburg, OH. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to SICSA.
