Mary E. Shope, 65, of Dayton, Ohio passed away on May 14, 2019 at Kettering Hospital. She was born on October 1, 1953, in Kenosha, Wisconsin to Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Nunke.
Mary loved nature and being outdoors. She loved helping others and would do anything for anyone. Mary loved her family dearly and will be greatly missed by all.
She is survived by her daughter, Tammy (John Marshall IV) Shope; a son, Jeremy (Paula) Shope; four grandchildren, Drake Richardson, William Short, Karma Shope, Jereme Wiley; four brothers, Dick (Bonnie), Jim (Donna), Bill (Sandy) and Joe (Lori) Nunke; a sister, Ann Brockman; all of her "adopted children", family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her step mother, Juanita Nunke.
During these hard time, the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to offset Mary's funeral expenses.
Services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
