Mary M. Wells (Boltz) passed suddenly on Sept. 2, 2015. Born Sept. 14, 1946, she was a lifelong resident of Dayton, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Pauline Boltz and her brother, Carl Boltz.
Mary is survived by her husband of 44 years, Dean Wells; her brother, Joe, Xenia; sisters Bonnie Becker-Jones (husband, Clive), Pinehurst NC, and Shirley Gibson, Xenia; nieces, Sondra Boltz and Carla Boltz, Cincinnati, Kelli Dreiling (husband, David), Houston TX, Dana Saxton, Mason OH and Paula Dyar (husband, Jim), Old Orchard, Maine, nephews, Brad Herr, Little River SC and Junior Gibson, Dayton; cousins Linda Holt and Shirley Koverman, Centerville, Barbara Koverman, Spring Valley, OH, and Harry Boltz, Barry Boltz , Dayton. Also, Linda O'Leary, Xenia, a childhood friend that was often considered a family member.
Mary is a 1965 graduate of Stivers High School, retired in December, 2014 and enjoyed card games with her family and going to the movies.
Funeral services will be held at 10 AM, Sept. 21, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel, and burial at Dayton Memorial Park.
