Mary M. Drysdale, born January 27, 1943 entered eternal rest with the Father on January 22, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Mary was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be deeply missed by all.
Her biggest accomplishment in life is the love and caring she had, not just for her family and friends, but for all people. She was truly one of a kind.
Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband Mel, her mother & father, Emma and Ralph Lyman, her sister, Eleanor Brusky, brother, Ralph Lyman, nephews, Peter Lyman and Bernard Brusky, and lastly her niece, Marie Freebird.
She is survived by her loving daughters, Cecelia (John) Boker and Mary Lynn Drysdale; her beloved grandchildren, Jamie (Robert) Serrer, Jessica (Joe) Schweiterman, Heather (Christian) Wonders, Amber (Josh) Anderson and Victoria (Greg) Wentworth; her great-grandchildren, Ethan, Ashton, Caleb, Caitlynn, Noah, Parker, Landon, Gracie, Cecelia, Braelynn, Keegan, and Caroline. She also leaves behind many other family members who were near and dear to her heart.
A viewing will be held on Monday, January 27, 2025 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, Ohio 45424. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 10:00am at the Prairies Church (Chapel 3) 682 Chapel Ln in Riverside. Interment and graveside service following mass at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens in Brookville, OH.
