Mary Louise Tate

TATE, Mary Louise, age 86, of Centerville, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2009. She was born October 2, 1922 in Dayton, OH, the daughter of Lee and Adeline (Fogle) Seitz. She taught piano for over 20 years out of her home in Centerville. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Elmer Tate; children, Kathleen Herring of Virginia Beach, VA, and Bill (Cheri) Tate of Oregonia, OH; grandchildren, Jeffrey Herring, Jerry Robert Herring II, and Kailey Tate; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by both parents and one brother, Vern Seitz. Visitation will be held Monday, February 9, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel where funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton. If desired, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
