Mary F. Lambert, age 77 of Xenia went home to the Lord on March 4, 2020 at her home with her loving daughter by her side.
She was born August 18, 1942 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Edward R. and Bernice E. Koch.
Mary retired from Delco-Kettering after over 30 years of service. She then worked for the Washington Township Recreation Center and the Moraine Recreation Center.
She attended Fairhaven Church in Centerville. Mary loved her family and her fur babies. She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents and her son-in-law Matthew Clabaugh.
She is survived by her devoted daughter Jolene (Jodi) Clabaugh; sisters Ruthanne (Don) Weaver, Linda Sherman and Becky (Mike) Boude; grand nephew and niece, Spencer and Darrah Clabaugh who affectionately called Mary, "Mimi"; several nieces and nephews; her beloved dog Musketeer; as well as many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 from 1-2:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel. A service to celebrate Mary's life will follow at 2:00 pm officiated by Pastor David Ringhiser of Fairhaven Church. Interment will be at Woodland Cemetery in Xenia, Ohio.
