Mary E. Kraft

Mary E. Kraft, age 92, of Dayton, passed away on January 17, 2024. She was born in Dayton, Ohio, on September 14, 1931, the daughter of the late William and Anne McCarthy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Joseph Kraft; son, Michael J. Kraft; daughter, Marianne Jackson; and grandson, Daniel Kraft.

Mary is survived by her loving son, Stephen P. (Zoe) Kraft; son-in-law, Joseph M. Jackson, Sr.; daughter-in-law, Pati L. Kraft; grandchildren, Penny, Joseph, Stephanie, Thomas and Anna (Nick) Clary; 8 great grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends.

She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Her family meant the world to her and she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held from 9:00am-10:00am, on Monday, January 29, 2024, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 411 E. 2nd St., Dayton, where a Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00am. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Dayton.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton orThe Alzheimer's Association.
