Mary Ellen Harshman

Mary Ellen Harshman, age 91, of Dayton passed away on September 20, 2023. She was born in Dayton on July 17, 1932 to the late Elmer and Flossie Stonerock. In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her loving husband, Don; son, Donn Harshman; daughter, Sherry Harshman and great-grandson, Waylon Charles Harshman.
Mary is survived by her children, Gloria Harshman, Debra (Gary) Cooper, Glenn Harshman, Gregg (Ann) Harshman, Guy (Linda) Harshman, Gaye (Patrick) O'Neill; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; special friend, Mary Ann Reilly; along with many other family and friends.
Mary was a very gentle, loving and kind woman. She was a great mom, wonderful wife and grandmother. Mary was known for being full of love for her family. Her greatest loves were spending time with family and chocolate. Mary will deeply missed and forever loved by those that knew her.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at Newcomer Kettering, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Graveside service to follow at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton.
