Mary Harris

Harris, Mary M., 96 of Kettering born February 24, 1909, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Harris, 1979, son Phil, 1996 and grandson Jay Cook, 1980. She is survived by daughters, Lora Ann (Dan) Cook of Dayton, Barbara (Art) Brandt of Menomonie Wisconsin and daughter-in-law, Janet Harris of Littleton Colorado, grandchildren Steve (Marlene) Cook, Jeff (Carla) Cook, Joshua Nave, Hannah (David) Peterson, Maxwill Brandt, Mike (Karen) Harris and Cathy (Jerry) McDowell, Great Grandchildren, Jason Cook, Jeremy Cook, Brooke Harris, Jason Harris, Allison Harris, Jaci Waits, Mandi Waits, Kryssi Waits, Linda (Chad) Roe and Paul (Misty)McDowell, Great-Great-grandchild Rusty Roe, loving life long friend Norma Money and numerous nieces and nephews. Mary was a charter member of St. Henry's Catholic Church; her greatest joy was being a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She received loving care and concern from many and the family wishes to send special thanks to: Dr. John Hochwalt and his NURSES and staff. Thursday, February 16, 2006 at St. Henry Catholic Church, 6666 Springboro Pike, Dayton, Ohio with burial to follow at Miami Valley Memorial Gardens, Centerville, Ohio. Visitation will be 11:00 to 12:00 P.M. the same day at St. Henry Catholic church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
