Mary Griffith, 59 of Fairborn passed away on June 28th, 2022 surrounded by her family. Mary was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce; father, Joseph; brothers: Frank and James; and her grandson, Ethen.
She is survived by her husband, Billy (beloved cat J.R); daughters: Ashley (Patrick) and Kristen (Teresa); and 3 grandchildren: Brenden, Dalten and Eva; brothers: Joe (Bonnie), Steve (Linda) and Dennis (Linda); her sister, Cheryl (Steve); and many nieces and nephews.
Mary was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved to be with her family and was always the life of every party. She loved her Grandchildren with everything she had and loved spending time with them. Mary enjoyed going to concerts and working in her flower beds. She was a nature lover and loved to be in the sunshine whenever she could. She enjoyed just hanging out listening to music with her husband and spending quality time. She liked to get out and go camping and canoeing/whitewater rafting, just all around enjoy life when she could.
Anyone that ever met Mary knew she spoke her mind but could make you laugh on a dime. She had a heart of gold and always protected her family anyway she could. She would do what she could for anyone that needed it, and was just an all around loving and amazing woman. She was always Strong, Brave, and Wise, always there for her husband, daughters, and Grandchildren to give them sound advice. She always knew how to brighten our day and make us laugh. You always believed in us to be our best selves and to be just as strong as you are. You always made us feel special. We know that you will always be with us, and look out for us like you did when you were here. We all love you to the moon and back, you will always be held close to our hearts, till we see you again, it's never goodbye, it's see you later. We love you, you will be deeply missed, Rest Easy Beautiful.
A celebration of Mary's life will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at the American Legion Post # 746, 7015 North Dixie Drive, Dayton, Ohio.
