Mary Estridge

ESTRIDGE, Mary Jo

Age 72 of Dayton, passed away Saturday, November 20, 2004 at Hospice of Dayton. Mary was born March 19, 1932. She is the daughter of Gabriel and Angeline Citrigno. Mary worked for WKEF Channel 22 for over 20 years. She was a long time supporter for the MDA, Jerry Lewis Telethon and received the Sandy Patton Memorial Award for service. Mary was loved by so many and left an impression with everyone she met. Mary never met a stranger. In spite of her pain and suffering, she kept her sense of humor to the very end. Mary is survived by her husband of 53 years, John Estridge; children Becky (Kent) Loose and Rick Estridge; brother, Tony (Margie) Citrigno; grandchildren, Angela (Drew) Post and John David Loose; great grandson Jacob Andrew Post; numerous nieces and nephews; friends at Moraine Air Park and Stivers High School graduating class of 1951. The family will receive friends 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Friday, November 26, 2004 at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions, in Marys memory, may be given to the American Brain Tumor, 2720 River Rd, Des Plaines, Il 60018.
