DUNCAN, MARY ELLEN
Mary Ellen was born in 1922 to James and Anna Baumgardner in Middletown, OH. She passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2010 at Liberty Retirement Community. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Howard Duncan. Mary Ellen was raised with her brothers and sisters in the Old Soldiers and Sailors Orphanage. She worked at Sunshine Bakery for 39 years.
She is survived by her son James and wife Mary Jo Duncan; grandchildren Christopher and wife Courtney Duncan of Austin, TX, Kelly and husband Garrett Seputis of Springboro, and Sarah Duncan of Washington Twp.; two sweet great-grandchildren Kennedy and Owen Seputis; sister Charlotte Elam of Greentown, IN and a host of other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at The Church of the Cross UM 3121 Wilmington Pike, Kettering, on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 11:00 am.
The family would like to thank the staff of Liberty Retirement for all the love and care given to Mary Ellen.
