Mary Elizabeth Hardin

HARDIN, Mary Elizabeth, age 87 of West Carrollton passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2008. She was born on December 17, 1920 in Dayton, Ohio. Mary was a volunteer nurse for the Red Cross during WWII. She was a devout Christian all of her life, and to all a source of faith. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Orie Hardin. Mary is survived by her children Keith (Jerri) Hardin, Michael (Marsha) Hardin, Becky (Gary) Link; grandchildren Daniel, Christina, Kelly, Gabriel, Isabelle; eight great-grandchildren; brother Paul Ronk; nieces; nephews; lifelong friend Barbara "Bobo" Alexander; and many other relatives and friends. Mary was a beloved mother and grandmother who will be missed by all. The family will receive friends Friday, February 15, 2008 from 5-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2008 at 10:00am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Hillgrove Union Cemetery.
