Mary Leslie Denlinger

Mary Leslie Denlinger, age 75 of Kettering, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021. She was born April 2, 1946 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Lesley and Vella Galloway.

Mary will be remembered for her giving. She had wonderful baking abilities that she enjoyed sharing with everyone. Besides being a good mother, she was the best mamaw and great mamaw not only to her family but to all who knew her. She enjoyed dancing and living life to the fullest. She also enjoyed watching detective shows, Hallmark movies and working in her yard.

She is preceded in death by her father, Lesley Hayes Galloway, mother, Vella Joy Galloway; sister, Barbara Mayes and brothers, Roger Galloway & Robert (Patty)Galloway.

Mary is survived by her children, Craig (Lesia) Galloway, Elaine (Chris) Donovan & Amy (Dave) Kirby; grandchildren, Christopher (Lindsay) Hambly, Blake (Emily) Galloway, Madison (Quiense) Stapleton, Hannah Grace Galloway, Bradley Donovan, Chris Donovan Jr, Zakk (Liz) Donovan, Cory Kirby & Drew Kirby; great grandchildren, Riley Hambly, Regan Hambly, Jaida Galloway & Phoenix Galloway; sister, Patty (Jim) Geary; sister-in-law, Judy Galloway and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Mary's honor.

Visitation will be Friday May 21, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm with a Celebration of Life at 6:00 pm with Reverend Tony Plummer and Doug Plummer officiating at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432).
